Responsibilities include shipping and receiving, warehousing and general customer service such as customer contact regarding orders placed and return authorizations. Some retail sales experience is a plus.

Must have working knowledge of general computer programs such as Microsoft Office.

Applicant must live in the Baton Rouge area and have reliable transportation.

The Perfect Bass, LLC has an immediate opening for the position of Sales Representative. This is an hourly position that reports directly to the Sales Manager with the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Service - Sales and service of bass related product to end users in-store, via email and over the phone. No cold calls, all sales are inbound. Servicing customers post-sale with returns, upgrades, and warrantee matters.

Technical - Merchandising of product on showroom floor and other general sales related duties.

Management - Management of the sales process as defined by the TPB operations manual.

Requirements:

Technical - Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of softwares. Must have a strong experience with the Internet and familiarity with POS and accounting softwares required to complete sales. Strong grammar and spelling skills required.

General - Must be a team player looking to grow professionally, personally and financially. Must be a bass guitar player. Guitar experience is a plus.

Location - Must be located in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area or willing to relocate at own expense.
