So What is Player Pricing?

Player Pricing is the best price that The Perfect Bass can give on a piece of gear! On our web site, you will find List prices (the manufacturer's suggested selling price), our Player Prices and sometimes our Sale Price (which will be even LOWER than our normal Player Price!).

However, due to some manufacturer's pricing policies, you will only get the Player Pricing or Sale price on one of our instruments by contacting us either via email or by calling us TOLL FREE at 866.751.3220. If this is the case, you will see a link to email and a message saying, "Contact Us For Player Pricing".

In most cases, you will find our LOW Player Pricing online and be able to order that product for the Player Price online, without ever talking to a TPB rep!

We guarantee that when you contact The Perfect Bass (online, on the phone or via email), we will give you our best price right from the start! No haggling, no gimmicks, no negotiating is necessary. The price we will give you will be fair and very competitive.

We feel this is a very important part of our overall service to our customers...making it easy to do business with The Perfect Bass!

If you do find a lower published price for on an identical product you've found at The Perfect Bass, we'll beat that price guaranteed! Simply email us a link to the site advertising a lower price, send us a quote that was emailed to you, or fax us a copy of an ad or quote from another authorized dealer of the product you are looking to purchase!
Our Guarantee

The Perfect Bass guarantees your satisfaction with any product that is purchased from The Perfect Bass either online or via the phone. If you are not satisfied with the product a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping costs will be provided as long as the product is shipped back to us within 5 days of receipt, in the condition it was received, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or mishandled products will not be considered for a refund or exchange. See return and exchange policies below.
Return Policy

Returned items must be returned in the condition it was received and in original packaging. Any customer that returns a damaged or used item will not receive a full refund and will be responsible for full payment of the price of the product.

If a product is not functioning properly on delivery, most manufacturers will repair any defective components and The Perfect Bass will facilitate the correction of any proven defects of the product.

Products that have been used and are returned with exterior blemishes, scratches, odors, unusual filth or other obvious problems due to mishandling of the product will not be a candidate for refund.

Refunds on qualified returned product will not include the shipping cost incurred for delivery or return shipping.

The Perfect Bass reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, if a returned item is qualified for a refund or exchange. The Perfect Bass does not accept returns on custom orders.
Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for credit towards other items in-stock when returned within 5 days of receipt. The value of the credit will be determined when the originally purchased item is returned.

If the returned product is not in perfect condition, clean and in NEW condition when returned, the full purchase price may not be credited. The Perfect Bass reserves the right to determine the value of returned items for store credit at The Perfect Bass's sole discretion.

The Perfect Bass will not agree to multiple returns of similar items. If you are not happy with the original product, we will exchange it once provided the returned item is in perfect condition as described above and can be restocked as NEW.

Shipping on exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.

The Perfect Bass reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, if a returned item is qualified for a refund or exchange.
Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you place an order and cancel the order before shipment, you will be issued a refund of the total purchase price minus shipping and 20% of the LIST price of the product.

Cancellation of custom orders is not allowed.
Payment Policy

The Perfect Bass currently accepts payment by Postal Money Order, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks (for existing customers in good standing), and PayPal. Existing customers with a proven payment history may be allowed to pay for products with a personal check, but product will not be shipped until payment clears the bank.

A check in the amount of the agreed upon purchase price or valid credit card authorization for the full purchase price must be received before product is shipped. Products will be shipped no later than 48 hours after receipt of payment or valid credit card information.

A signed purchase order must also be returned to The Perfect Bass in order to ship. A purchase order will be delivered to the customer via email, fax or mail, and must be returned signed with payment. If the purchase order is not received with payment your shipment may be delayed.

Online Orders
All online orders are processed the same day and the only accepted form of payment for online orders is Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Full payment must be authorized on your credit card in order for your order to ship.

The Perfect Bass, LLC is not responsible for typographical or technical errors on our web site and reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing or shipping options prior to shipment of received orders.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may be placed but a down-payment of 1/2 of the agreed upon purchase price and a purchase order must be received before the custom order is placed. The balance of the purchase price must be received before the product is shipped to you.

The Perfect Bass is not a financial institution and does not offer credit terms, however, we do offer a NO-INTEREST layaway plan for your convenience. Contact our trained staff of players for more information regarding our layaway plan at!
Shipping Policy

The Perfect Bass has partnered with FedEx to provide timely and safe shipment of product to the customer. Each order is insured when shipped for the full retail price of the product. Shipping insurance is not an option that can be disregarded to reduce the purchase price of the product, but is a surety that the product will be delivered in perfect condition.

Shipping costs will be determined on a per order basis, unless stated otherwise in the product description, or if the order is placed online.

When you order online, the total shipping cost is displayed and added to your total in the checkout process.

If a product is damaged in transit to the buyer, the shipping insurance should cover the cost of the product and the buyer will be able to re-order a similar product from The Perfect Bass provided the purchase price of the replacement is the same as the original purchase price and that shipping insurance covers the loss.

If a product is damaged in transit, the carrier must be notified right away! Do not call to report a damaged product days after the carrier has left the destination, it must be reported at the time of delivery to ensure replacement. If you believe that your order may be damaged during shipment, do not accept the delivery, simply have the carrier return the product to The Perfect Bass to avoid potential problems with an insurance claim.

We recommend that you contact us via our TOLL FREE number (866.751.3220) immediately if you accept the package and later find out the product was damaged in shipping.

NOTE: All orders are shipped "siganture required" unless otherwise requested in the "notes" field on checkout. If you request "no signature required", The Perfect Bass is not liable for replacement and/or refund of lost orders.
Privacy Policy

Any personal information submitted to The Perfect Bass will not be intentionally shared with any third party or sold for a profit.

The Perfect Bass respects your privacy and is committed to being a responsible online marketer. While we do use email to communicate with our visitors and customers, it is our policy to be "reasonable" and will not inundate our customers or members of our mailing lists with unwanted email.

All of The Perfect Bass mailing and emailing lists are generated via "OPT-IN" services. In other words, you have to authorize us to send you email or mail. We also build our "opt-in" lists via our web site and promotions that are generated internally only. The Perfect Bass does NOT buy lists from 3rd parties for the purpose of email marketing. If you get email from The Perfect Bass, then you asked for it!

The Perfect Bass will always provide members of our lists with a conspicuous means to "OPT-OUT" if they grow unhappy with our email or mail promotions.
